Versatile 2-Piece Modular Design
The versatile 2-piece Modular Version of the WatchGuard DV-1 is identical to the Overhead Version in functionality; however the Display/Control Panel is separated from the drives and processing hardware to allow for installation flexibility.
Remote Display/Control Panel
The display and user controls are packaged in a compact, welded aluminum enclosure that can be installed in many different locations.

- Both flexible or straight stalks available
- Ram® Mounted
- Dash Mounted
- Ceiling Mounted
- Between visors
To ensure the clearest audio during playback, a rear facing woofer is supplemented by a tweeter speaker positioned on the driver's side of the panel.
The innovative Elastomer™ rubber panel, world-class 5-inch LCD display, and user interface are identical to the Overhead Version, so officer training is the same with either configuration.

Modular Recording Unit
This console integrates the drives (DVD & hard drive) and the processors packaged in a rock solid, aluminum extruded enclosure. At only 2.8" high, 10.8" long, and 7.2" wide, this compact module can be mounted in numerous locations:

DVD Drive Suspension System
The suspension system for the modular recorder unit has the additional capability of being adjusted to compensate for mounting angles anywhere between flat to perpendicular. This adjustability enables the suspension to be uniformly effective at all mounting angles.
